If you would like to delete your Boutigui account and the data associated with it, please follow the instructions below. This page is provided for users who need a clear, public reference (for example, app store requirements).
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@boutigui.online from the email address or phone number linked to your account. Include a short message stating that you want your Boutigui account and related data deleted. This helps us confirm that the request comes from you.
What will be deleted
For eligible requests, we remove:
- Your account credentials and account-level information
- Your store or profile information held in Boutigui
- App-related data associated with your user account in Boutigui
What may be retained
In some situations we may retain a limited set of records only when required—for example for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, payment disputes, or accounting and billing obligations. Where retention applies, we keep no more than necessary for those purposes.
Processing time
We aim to process eligible deletion requests within 7 business days after we can verify your request.
Uninstalling the app
Deleting the Boutigui app from your phone or tablet does not automatically delete your account or your data on our systems. You still need to contact us as described above if you want the account removed.
